3 Failed deliveries !!!! Still no flooring.

Ordered on the 9/3/2024.
Delivery date 22/3/2024
Vinyl flooring not delivered, no call, no text no email.
23rd, I emailed to let them know.
24th I was emailed a response from courier.

DHL have just advised this was refused on Friday and is now at the depot awaiting further instruction.

I smell bull s@:t!
Why would I have taken a day off work to wait in all day for no one to call, text or email.
Set a new date for delivery 26/4/24, with a 8am - 6pm delivery time.
Took another day off work. I emailed after 1pm to let them know they hadn't arrived and perhaps they would be able to give me an ETA.
No one got back to me.

I was emailed again this morning. To expect delivery. Lies again!!!!!!! no one arrived
How do these people sleep at night? Where is my money? took they quick enough

Give me a refund!!!!!
