I purchased two bongs from the smoking outlet one of the bongs leaked I first thought it was the stem only to find it was leaking from the upper perc to outside the bong it only leaks when you use it! Tried to call the number after a email and no answer at 1:30 pm pst. on Wednesday the contact for support goes to a blank page. NO CUSTMER SUPPORT!!!! What do I Have to do to get custmer support? I thought I purchased a bong that holds water!
