Delight to disappointment... to delight!
My critical review of Cornish Blooms concerned a poor bouquet of flowers. While the original flowers were deserving of my one-star review, the response from Becci at Cornish Blooms is equally deserving of five-stars! Following email contact to clarify the original issue, Becci quickly arranged for me to receive a replacement. Within 24 hours I was in possession of a quite lovely bouquet of Spring blooms. As I look at the flowers I am, again, delighted. Thank you Becci. Thank you Cornish Blooms.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I'm sorry to hear that your recent delivery of Scented Narcissi and Alstroemeria wasn't up to our usual standard.
Sadly I can't see that you have contacted us directly about this issue prior to leaving your review. We pride ourselves on putting right any problems that may happen from time to time.
