Driver in Chorley today just chatting to bus station staff, having a laugh even though the bus was late with not a care in the world. Good to know my time is not valued as a customer. Also the other week missed a dental appointment because no buses at times stated on timetable. Not rare to see 2 buses turn up at once on other occasions. Its a shambles.
