Customer service is excellent and is equal to the excellence of their products. I just gave two bottles of the Tom Ford dupe to my son and his husband. They’ve now been stopped about 5 times by people asking what they’re wearing!!! I’m so thrilled to have found Dossisie; number one CRUELTY FREE and of course the tremendous savings. Their originals are amazing as well - Basil Rose is just gorgeous. Clean and fresh with a beautiful rose underneath. My go to is Floral Grapefruit- dupe for Chanel Tendre - yet again today at checkout counter was asked what I was wearing! Thank you Dossier! And honestly I do not expect an answer on a Sunday afternoon - but thank you! 😉
