Do not waste your money
This toothbrush is literally rubbish. It does not even clean your teeth properly like official electric toothbrushes which actually rotate their heads. Feels flimsy and did not even charge. The company has not been answering my emails and i would like a full refund. Some of their reviews seem fake

Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. We're sorry to hear that you don't feel like you are getting the best clean.
As mentioned in our email, our brush delivers 33,000 sonic vibrations per minute which is not as strong as some of the higher settings on other electric toothbrushes. Our clinical tests show that this doesn't impact performance as plaque requires very little pressure to remove.
Our brush uses sonic vibrations as opposed to oscillating heads like OralB. Both technologies are equally effective at providing a good clean but we understand that toothbrushes are a personal preference.
We do recommend that the brush is fully charged before your first use and leaving the brush to charge overnight can often resolve a charging issue.
Regarding a lack of response, we are only able to locate one email and one direct message from you that were sent today so we have requested further information to investigate what may have happened here.
