Used them for years with minor issues, but my most recent move involved them lying about the package needed, insisting on hybrid connect which doesn't work anyway, keep sending out engineers to fix the line despite the engineers telling them its the router that's the issue, but they would rather send out more engineers than simply replace the router. Internet is now completely gone and all they're saying is that they will call, but have been waiting over an hour and a half for a call that was promised within 15 minutes.
