Surveys have a lot of errors
Surveys are always longer than the time listed, a survey will say 5 minutes or less, and then you will be taken to a page that says survey time is 15 -20 min. I completed 2 surveys one night and 1 survey circuit and was credited for none of them, customer service did eventually credit me for the surveys but not the survey circuit. I've completed surveys only to be told I "wasn't a match" when redirected back to Branded Surveys. Also been told after completing a survey that the survey was full. Sometimes a survey will have you answer questions and allow tracking cookies for up to 3 different companies and sometimes after all that you will get bumped for survey full or told you're not a match. Also if the survey asks you to take a second survey and states you will get credit, you don't (at least I didn't). You don't really get paid for a lot of the time you put in, and the pay rate is already really low, less than minimum wage. Also the more I made, the more they kept adding barriers to cash out. That could be coincidence, but it is inconvenient.
If you want to get credited for every survey they want you to track every 3 word code before the survey begins and also take a screen shot that shows you completed the survey. Because those pages automatically redirect its hard to always get the screen shot before you get dumped back on the Branded Surveys page. Its just more free labor because they don't care enough to fix a system that only cheats us, not them. Its in their best interest to do nothing.
