customer service solved the issue
I tried to buy one product, but the payment didn’t go through. When I tried again, it ended up making two orders instead of just fixing the first one.
I’ve kept both items because is difficult for me to return it, but since the mistake was because of the website, I’ve contacted customer service to cover the cost of the shipping for the second order.
Customer service was quite slow at replying but they refunded my second order, that’s why I changed my review to 5 starts.
