The dealer was great, Lotus themselves are shocking. This is directed at the company not the dealer. bought and Eletre and then had to deal with children that didn’t have a clue what they are doing. Over £130k car and they were just stupid. The ordering system was diabolical and I even tried to cancel the order it was that bad. Now we have the car and nothing works properly. It’s not a finished car. The sat nav won’t work as it’s not set up right, the electrics are just odd and keep shutting off. I don’t expect this to be actioned by them as they are truly a bunch of children trying to play where Porsche are just brilliant. Think very carefully before you buy, it is not as good as established brands, they are kids playing at being adults.
