Very responsive (and effective) when I had a problem with the item delivered. This included personal emails, a phone conversation with an expert, and a genuine sense that they care about their customers. I had already used ITZOO and had a great experience with them last year when getting a laptop. I would highly recommend them as a supplier and will definitely use them again.
