I required a small value item for my greenhouse which was damaged during the storm. Jamie couldn't have been more helpful in helping me identify the part and have just bought the part which is being sent out in the post. My experience is that some companies will only go out their way if it's a high value item; getting good customer service is difficult to find these days.
