New system errors.
I have spoken to EDF on many occasions, both by phone and email to try and resolve issues with my account. Today I spoke to Andy (Team 3B) who I believe was the first to understand the problem and try to resolve it. The new system that EDF has implemented has bugs and I am sure I am not the only one who has seen problems.
