Right from the start from ringing caddick Davies for help with a driving problem ,I was scared ,didn’t know what to do at all .The receptionist was superb calming me down and putting me through to an excellent woman ,who became our case manager .She took over and explained everything step by step for that moment ,what we needed to next .She explained that we could pay a set fee for 6 mths and that would cover everything,including any court appearance .This again made us both feel relieved ,then from that moment every step we had to do was explained thoroughly to us .When I rang if the case manager was busy ,she would ring back the same day or the next ,and she would email me as well to reassure me that we would speak .It did unfortunately end up in a court case ,but we were as ready as you could be ,thanks to all the excellent help we had got from our case manager .The solicitor we only met at the court but this and who it was ,had been explained to us and how ,where ,his name ,what to expect,what to bring etc .On the day we were both sick with worry and I even rang the office ,again the response I couldn’t fault .The solicitor was very professional,knowledgeable and very thorough and kept us to speed with everything going on .
If anybody has any motoring problems,I can’t recommend this solicitor firm highly enough .
