Terrible experience when trying to…

Terrible experience when trying to return a faulty battery! They take ages to respond & do nothing but lie about collection dates having you waiting around for couriers that never show up! They also charge you £25+ for sending back & if you don't return in the original packaging it came with they charge you a fortune for that too so you're pretty much paying for a new battery. Just pay the little extra & go to Euro car parts & have the peace of mind of customer service & warranty
