When will they ever sort out overdue loans?
It's a sad fact that CrowdProperty seem to have lost their way. What was once a great investment site, seems to be pretty shaky at the moment. I've got loans outstanding for over 1+ years!
The sooner I get out, the better...

Our Recoveries Team’s sole responsibility is to ensure that any overdue loans are handled with the highest priority, and that we are giving the developer the support they need to complete the final stages of the project and exit the loan accordingly. Our priority is getting lender funds back, which is why this team was established.
