Wow how bad is this site. I used to believe in the it’s not controlled thing when it comes to slots but this changed my mind completely. For one this site is so stupid when it comes to free spins. Ok I get like most places you can’t get free spins and win from them and then do it again without depositing. But to keep sending you emails with free spins and letting you redeem them and play at all is misleading. Before I knew all of this I would redeem the free spins and play with no luck. Then I started this last free spins bonus and won like 48 dollars from the free spins. When the message came up showing what I won it showed no playthrough just that the 46 was in my withdrawalable balance. I knew better and started to play to make it through the crazy playthrough. I got bonus after bonus after bonus and for like 230 off of 1.00 spins. It was like it knew I couldn’t have the money so just kept letting me win. So I went to customer service and the first person cryptically told me about the free spin rules but said I needed to make a 30 dollar deposit before I could cash out. Once again I was smart enough to not do that. Finally today I talked to someone who verified the stupid free spin thing and that the money would be removed even though it had been in my account for a few days now. The funny thing was the customer service person told me to deposit still and I might have the same luck. I am not complaining about getting money for free I did my rounds when first signing up and cashed out about 700 from free bonuses. But NONE of them do it like this horrible site. They want someone who doesn’t know any better to deposit the thirty so they can keep their money. Don’t play at this casino. If you want free spins there are plenty of other sites that don’t do it like that. I’m not mad about the situation, I didnt try to withdraw the money or anything. I just want to warn others.
