Had a very bad experience at christmas with loveholidays. Booked a very expensive sun holiday over the christmas for myself and my wife. booked balcony with breakfast. received no balcony view or breakfast. contacted loveholidays rep and was most unhelpful would not give any contact details to contact again. will never do business with this agent again. you have no comeback here as most travel insurance not cover this agent arrangement. service and hotel disaster. hotel blamed loveholidays and loveholidays blamed hotel. no accountability from anyone.
