I placed an order on 30th December and was told on 5th January the products would be sent out within 5 days and that I would receive tracking details soon. I received another email on 8th January to say that the order had been shipped and within 2-3 days I would receive the tracking number?! I am still waiting. I tried to email them on 20th January, but the email was returned saying that the email was not working! I have contacted PayPal as I would like a refund. Why on earth has it taken so long - products ordered from Japan don't take this long to arrive.
