HEM is trying to scam me
Literally HEM is trying to scam me, they duplicare the price of my energy without prior advice ,and now HEM is threatening me with huge fines because I am changing of energy supplier.
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS ENERGY SUPPLIER

The monthly installment amount was adjusted at the beginning of January due to the expiration of the price ceiling. Unfortunately, this is a government decision over which we have no control. However, we did notify you, as well as all our customers, by email at the end of December. By terminating your contract prematurely, you will incur a cancellation fee, as indicated on the ACM-website.
