I have been sending follow up emails as the price of the item I bought had changed, even the price before the sale as in the original price and a day or two after I paid almost double the amount this happened. I have been sending emails about this but no response.
They did send me correspondence stating that they will not give me credit even though the website doubled the original and sales price and I sent a screenshot. It would be cheaper to buy straight from the supplier with import costs etc. than over pay EUR50 for an item.
