Poor delivery service

Poor delivery service. I called to confirm they could accommodate the next day delivery and was told it was guaranteed but failed due to courier issues.
meant I had to buy extra adhesive so my contractor had enough and now left with 2 bags and liquid I don't need which equates to approx £150,00

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your review.

I am so sorry that the delivery did not arrive in the expected timeframe causing you to have to purchase additional items to finish you project.

Within the dispatch email we do request our customers to not schedule or start any installation work until you receive your order as we do use a third party courier company and therefore delays and damages can happen beyond our control, neither the expectations should have managed to a much higher standard so you were aware of this and therefore, I would like to extend my apologies that this was not adhered to on this occasion.

I will ask our Customer Service team to look into this matter for you and they will be in touch shortly with an outcome.
