I have given 4 starts because everytime…

I have given 4 starts because everytime I have a claim where the item is scrapped by the engineer, when I get offered an equivalent replacement it is never anywhere near an equivalent and I always have to argue with Domestic and General to get an equivalent replacement, they always say equivalent models are never available to them,yet I can always source them myself, doesn't matter which appliance always the same method, I pay £400/500 per year in insurance to them and I'm slowly getting fed up with having to fight to get an equivalent model everytime so I'll probably start using them less and less and just save the insurance money for when I need to buy or replace an old model for a newer one.
