I contacted customer service to see if there was anyway I can get free shipping on 2023 merchandise. At this the service rep recommended. I sign up for emails and get the 10% off because there is no free shipping on 2023 items so I signed up and then noticed that the 10% off is only for 2024 items. So didn’t help my case Since I wanted 2023 items
