I’ve enjoyed the entire process from buying to selling. The platform is streamlined well. The only negative is that when purchasing clothing or footwear — the buyer does not have to refund you if the item doesn’t fit. That’s a bummer. I’ve held out on purchasing pairs of shoes for this reason.
