Extremely poor customer service, on app saying transaction delivered but not received in account. Keep trying to reach and email for 3 days then come up with a story that next account credentials are wrong, then provided full statement of same account then WorldRemit agreed to cancel and refund my own monies . Nightmare to deal with.
