I phoned up to change my policy details, as I was buying a new car. Gave all the details to the lady, who said the changes hadn't been accepted and I'd have to reapply, she was very helpful. She transferred me to another number which rung a few times then dropped. I went with another company. Despite a number of calls to Nash, the lines were either engaged or just rang and rang.
After a few days I cancelled my DD. I received a letter from Close Brothers Premium Finance yesterday threatening legal action by 18 Dec 23, If I fail to pay the arrears and £25 admin fee.
This is all because Carole Nash clearly has staffing issues. I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole now.
