I wish I could have picked zero stars but that wasn't an option. My future bride and I got treated with zero stars by the staff on DECEMBER 2 2023. We were ghosts. I had to deal with her disappointment for the remainder of my birthday. Personally I think that your company should encourage customer service. I could be wrong but it's my understanding that your sales team works on commission. Whether they do or not is irrelevant. We couldn't the time of day.The employees were happy to us goodbye and have a nice day as we were exiting the building. This will not mean much to you (David's Bridal) as I am sure you get a lot of business.....but you lost ours. How do you train your employees exactly? Forgive me for being rude but I treat people the way I am treated.
