Alas, I could NOT contact them, on any of their phone options. Tried for nearly an hour. Just got a distorted message to say that they were very busy. Not helpful when your broken down. I will be looking at an alternative insurance cover. Very poor !

I am so sorry to hear we weren't able to take your call. We did unfortunately have an incident recently where the phone lines went down for a short period of time. We acted as quickly as possible to resolve the issue however this could have been around the same time you were trying to contact us.
