The app is useless. I've just downloaded the app again to tey and see what food is available at kfc.
The app is slow and unresponsive. The app needs deleting and making over from scratch.
I couldn't find the menu for about 10 minutes. All I got was order > asking me about delivery and restaurant > dining in, table service, pick up or drive thru. I don't care care just let me order my food. Just show me the menu. Stop asking me such stupid question and show me the menu.
So after I manages to look at the menu. I went for delivery.
I couldn't put my address in for delivery as it was to slow and wouldn't work. The app just kept freeing and doing nothing.

I got that bored of waiting, I just initialled the app. I didn't order. I'll go else. I don't have time to be messed around. Just show me the menu. Just show me the office.

Just delete the app and redo the entire app from scratch. Delete all the useless I've mentioned and get it back to basic. Make it more responsive. You're losing more money with a broken app rhat it would to start a new app.
