We have one LPG tank supplying two properties and I have been exploring options with Flogas to separate either supplies or accounts. This process proceeded slowly until Leann Rogers became involved. Leann has been truly excellent! She responds quickly and with great clarity to emails. If she is not clear about an aspect then she phones me. She is also extremely pro-active.

I have had many interactions with energy companies in the past, and other large organisations: none of these has responded with anywhere near the excellence that Leann has shown.
