I have bought goods at this company 2 times prior , where I have been satisfied, but the 3 rd order was firstly delivered to the wrong Adresse and when I recieved the parcel after 4 days , the box was seemingly unopened, but empty . I have sent äst least 20 mails to the company and recieved one respons where they where investigating with the delivery company and now each mail is ignored . How can this company be legal ? I will now go to further measures to report them to German ECC. This needs to be stopped.
