Not repaired, no update either

We were promised that the part would arrive within 3 days, to fix it ourselves ... 10 days later still no part!
This was after you cancelled one appointment at the last minute, so had to wait a further week

Thank you for taking the time to share your review, I'm sorry you are experiencing a delay in receiving the part you require for your appliance.

When parts are needed, but an engineer is not required to fit them, once the part has been despatched the job will be closed as complete.
