Ordered, was told 'Delivered' It wasn't and still isn't!
Ordered a limited edition chair from their UK website. I had an email to say the item was delivered. It wasn't at all. Contacted support to find out where the chair went/is/was. They kept telling me that the courier delivered it, showing me proof of delivery etc but the problem is, not my signature and i'm still without the item. I seem to be going around in circles with them! I even offered to provide CCTV of the day it was apparently delivered.
