David who visited to do the quote was very efficient, friendly and took the trouble to explain information that I needed and didn't understand. I explained this to Sam on the phone. Sam was also very friendly and was happy to listen. Unfortunately when I sent the information to my builder/roofer he said that he wanted to deal with a local company that he had dealt with before. I did not know this when I requested a quote from you. Thank you for having caring, friendly staff.
