The shoes I bought are very nice design and beautiful colour however the left shoes seems to have something that makes numbs my foot and fell pain in my calf after a running around 1k.
I try to talk with costumer service and they basically wasn't interested to talk or help with the issue.
Also many people talks about this make Hoka that they run small .
This are my first ones I m like 5.5uk size so I decided to buy 6uk because I was aftraid they won’t be a good feet.

We are always happy to help, however, once a pair of shoes has been worn outside, we're not able to accept them back. If you feel the numbness is caused by a fault in the shoe, please get back in touch to explain the fault and we'd be glad to help. Otherwise, for the future, we'd recommend trying on the shoe around the house for a short while to see how they feel when on your feet.
