Stylus missing from Lenovo ThinkPad Yoga L13 no help from ITZOO

I bought a Lenovo ThinkPad Yoga. I contacted ITZOO on the day of receipt on 30/10/23 stating that the integrated Stylus was missing. ITZOO haven't even bothered to reply.

EDIT: ITZOO reached out to me following a poor review here and restored my faith by quickly shipping a suitable stylus. Thanks.
