Absolutely horrendous experience if i could give a minus i would.
Placed an order on the 17th for express delivery. Received a text to say my order had been delivered but it hadn't.
Contacted them straight away to be told somebody will Contact me as soon as possible.
Received an email the next day to say they would look into it.
We are now 6 days on and nobody has contacted me.
I have messaged them today to be told they would give me an e-voucher or cheque. There is absolutely no way I will be shopping with them again.
I have demanded my money back by my original payment method, the lady on the other end of the phone has said she will get someone to call me back, but guess what they haven't.

May I suggest they look at getting some decent & honest delivery staff & I definitely did not receive my order & £50 out of pocket.
I will stick with my original delivery company who are helpful & honest
