Just disgrace.
Like many others, trying to get back money from solarisgroup because of Plutus changed provider.
I just want to share, what I received.
"As a banking-as-a-service platform, we enable our partners to provide legally compliant financial services to their customers. In doing so, our partners are the first point of contact for their customers. Therefore, we ask you to contact the cooperation partner with whom you have an account directly with your request."
It doesn't make sense,right? They keep the hands away.
