At Bupa Denatl Care, Knaphill, Rebecca, Iona & Louise are The Dream Team, in the way the reception team, headed by Louise, can discuss your situation on a telephone consultation, arrange an appointment at short notice, deal with a last minute canellation, re-allocate another short notice appointment and then greet you with a smile and diffuse any anxiety during the visit. Not only that, Rebecca and Iona found I had an existing filling that had worn, so booked me in for yet another appointment in half an hour's time the same day! This has to be the best customer service I have ever experienced and I am so glad I have stayed with the Knaphill practice, despite moving 300 miles away. I couldn't possibly go anywhere else. I was thinking if Rebecca, Iona & Louise were tempted to enter politics, they would transform the government we have in place today, because they put people first. They make you feel as if you are their only patient! Based on the conversation we had about complaints procedure, I think the practice should re-design the corporate identity, change the practice colours to orange with black stripes and ban the radios! Now, I am only joking of course as no one would ever have a complaint!
