I am a new customer to william hill. I won 61 pounds with a mix of bets and some free spins games. I decided to withdraw 55 pounds and that is when the fun and games have begun. They stopped the winnings from going into my bank account and froze my william hill account completely. They asked me to confirm my I.d with them to complete the transaction which I have done including a copy of my English passport being held in front of my face and a bank statement and other bits but this is still not enough for them. They are refusing to pay what they owe me. I am a new customer Nd will not be using them again in the future. Utter joke. Please everybody save your money and do not use william hill.
