Misleading information by their shop led to a waste of 5 boxes which I can’t return

I went to the Østerbrøgade shop to look for some click vinyl gulv that I urgently needed in two days. Was told to go home and decide on the color and that I should order online because the office would be closed on the Friday in question. Was advised to order more because if I order more after the color might not match as it is of a different batch. We asked if we could then return any leftover unopened boxes and was assured we could as long as they are unopened. We then went home and ordered and received them. No complaints about the delivery and the quality. But as we ordered more, we were obviously left with extra boxes so we went to return them to a shop only to be told you need to return them at the shop you ordered from. I called the østerbrogade shop and it seems I need to call instead kundeservice because they need to email the shop in order to receive the items we return. But when we called kundeservice, it seems that the only way we can return the items, it is if we return the entirety of the order despite being told something completely different in the store. I of course cannot return the entirety of the order because I used them. I wish I never ordered from this company. Because they provide misleading information and then after you order they suddenly change their tune. How could I return the entirety of the order???? Was told to order more on purpose because I could always return it only to be told after, when I needed to return them, by kundeservice, that the web shop operates by different rules, rules which are absurd. And I only ordered online because the shop was going to be closed on Friday by which I needed to have the items. Think twice before
Ordering, don’t trust the information their employees provide, read all the T&Cs carefully before ordering because some employees will say whatever to make a sale and then they will guide you towards customer service who will be very apologetic but guess what, there is nothing they can do, even saying you should have read the T&Cs and you should try selling them yourself.

As a rule, and also in your case specifically, it is true that the right of return only applies if the entire purchase is returned as your order consists of only one type of products. This procedure and terms are the same weather you shop in one of our stores or online.
