Ordered the card twice as first order…

Ordered the card twice as first order not received I am still waiting for my second order, very disappointed

Hi Rosemary. Thank you for posting a review for us. We are so sorry that you did not receive your first order of a greeting card, as per our email conversation when you discussed with us that you are having issues with Royal Mail delivering your post and despite us posting the greeting card within 1 hour of you placing the order and providing you with a tracking number we can understand your frustration. We have again sent the greeting card to you using Royal Mail First Class post within 1 hour of the order being placed and again provided a tracking ID. Both times we hand delivered your letter to our local delivery office and personally handed the letter to an employee where they put the letter into the system. Unfortunately we have to trust Royal Mail with our orders and so far they have delivered all of our orders on time and to the recipient. We are at a loss at to what has happened with your orders but we are happy to discuss this with you and also have a conversation with your local delivery office if you would kindly pass the information to us. We are hoping that there is just a backlog at your local delivery office and that both orders will arrive swiftly with you.
