Cottage was amazing - Luxury cottages administration could be improved
Cottage was amazing and thoroughly enjoyed it. My reason for 3 stars was that Luxury cottages sent me an email with an attachment which stated different times for checking in. In addition I had to chase up the refund of the security deposit which had still not been refunded after a week after my stay at the cottage

We're sorry to hear your experience with us wasn't a five star one. We have updated the welcome pack to ensure the information is accurate and although we try and refund security deposits as expediently as possible sometimes we are delayed by the feedback from our owners.
