I don’t appreciate being lied to!

I don’t appreciate being lied to!

I received a notification yesterday from Yodel stating my item would be arriving later that day.
I was in all day, only to receive an email four hours later stating that someone came to deliver the package, but because I wasn’t in, they took it back!!!
I checked my camera doorbell and nobody had been. I called your customer service via chat and they confirmed the driver had not been anywhere near my property!!!
Wasted my time waiting and then got lied to! Would have been easier to apologise and say the item would be with you the following day!
