I purchased sunglasses which arrived broken. Then I received an email from them saying my account had been logged in to from across the country. No matter what I tried, I couldn’t close my account, so I reached out asking them for help….what a joke - I only received automated responses that were NOT helpful in the least. What an absolute WASTE
