We bought yesterday 2 Telefons for the kids and a track watch each, the watch not too expensive. After setting everything up at home and trying it out it wasn't connecting, it couldn't pair or it wasn't compatible and we tried for 4 hours. Next day we went back and told them about the problem. I suggested to change the watches and we wanted to buy even more expensive watches as long as they were compatible. We were first helped by a man who didn't gave any interest of what he was doing. He was like whirling and talking to himself. Then a colleague came and try to help. But instead of helping she started shouting to me that I did not set up the telephone and they had time for this. Then the guy tried it and was complaining that our telephone was in English and he didn't understand a bit of it. Then he changed into German and he still didn't understand what he was doing. Meanwhile I suggested to take a more expensive watch but he responded with all the watches are the same you are going to take this watch!.
