After my initial enquiry, I was told I would hear back from someone within 2 days. I heard back that afternoon, which was great. I was then told that I would be referred to the place I had selected, Cobalt Gloucester, and would get an appointment within the next 7 days. I received an appointment 2 days later, and received my results within a week.

Cobalt, Gloucester was a great place to have a scan. Everyone was very welcoming and the procedure was explained very carefully to me. I would not hesitate having a scan here again.

However, the doctor contacted me and told me the issues I had BUT did mention (this is why I have only given 3 stars) that the reporting radiologist gave a very vague report. I have since shown the report to another doctor, who has said the same thing. The report did not give any reason as to why I have the issues found, and 'appears to have been written by a less experienced reporting radiologist'.

Booking the scan was incredibly easy. If only the results had been thoroughly reported.
