I had a really great experience with Daniel!

I bought a Valentino bag just under a year ago and for some reason a hole developed where the zip was located. I contacted Daniel, showed them pictures and they asked me to send it to them so they can have a look and fix the issue. They got back to me and told me it can’t be fixed or replaced because that particular bag isn’t sold anymore so they offered me a refund. I was so grateful for the refund but I loved the bag so much that I had a look to see if there was a bag similar, which I did find and asked if I could have a replacement for an almost identical bag. They were happy to do this for me and the bag was delivered the next day.

This is what I call excellent customer service and I’m so happy with my new bag. They really care about their customers and resolving any issues straight away. I will definitely be using Daniel again in the future.
