Louis was very friendly & helpful, getting my 12 year old daughter lots of shoes to try on. He was prepared to give a honest opinion on when certain styles weren't the best fit for her feet (which are a very wide fitting). We ended up with a shoe that I feel confident she can wear comfortably and that will conform to uniform standards.
